Digital Content Manager

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the Digital Content Manager will be accountable for growth and engagement of digital audiences with Dimensions' group social media, websites and e-marketing.

Dimensions is one of the largest not-for-profit providers of care and support services for people with learning disabilities and autism in the UK.

The location of the role will be based at one of our regional locations; Sheffield or Theale, with occasional travel UK wide.

About the role

Key responsibilities include

  • Create interesting multimedia content across Group social media feeds, driving up engagement with target audiences
  • Create compelling content across Group websites that meets communications priorities and which drives target audience use of the websites.
  • Support the campaign manager and marketing projects manager to deliver their B2C and B2B campaigning priorities
  • Deliver pay-per-click (and other) staff recruitment campaigns at individual locality level on behalf of locality managers

About you

The successful applicant will have:

  • Ideally three years’ Operational experience and demonstrable success in experience in digital marketing, possibly across both B2B and B2C environments
  • Strong planning and organisational skills with the ability to successfully multi task
  • Competence with a range of digital applications including, for example, google analytics, SiteImprove, social media
