Female Support Worker

Start your day knowing you’ll make a difference - we are looking for female to join our team of Support Workers in Castlepoint, Bournemouth and create a positive difference that improves life for the people we support.

I am a 45 year old lady with a cheeky smile and a great sense of humour. I absolutely adore Minnie mouse and I enjoy going out in my car, especially socializing with my family and friends. I like to go shopping, listening to music, pampering sessions, going to the cinema, drama and dance classes and I'm open to trying new activities. Although I do not speak, I communicate through smiling, pointing, nodding, laughing and making eye contact, and so very rewarding to work with.

I live on my own in a bungalow with 24 hr support- I have a separate sleep in room for my staff. I have epilepsy and frequently have seizures so you need to not be put off by this. I have my own car but need you to drive me to activities and appointments. Sometimes I have 2:1 staff so you’ll be part of a team that works flexibly on a rota. The location is easily accessible by public transport and has parking available for those Support Workers who work nights.

To be considered for this role you will need to have a full UK/EU driving licence.

"Gender is considered to be a genuine occupational requirement in accordance with paragraph 1 of Schedule 9 of the Equality Act 2010."
