• 28 hours per week (2 long days & 2 sleep ins per week)

• Full UK MANUAL driving licence essential.

We’re looking for Female Support Workers to join our supported living home in Hemel Hempstead, where you’ll be supporting one woman to live the life she chooses, active and present in her local community.

She loves yoga, dancing, swimming, and going out for coffee and cake. You’ll be by her side as she enjoys the things that make her happy, while also supporting with daily living skills, personal care, mobility, and medication. You’ll help her stay present to the people and places that matter most and encourage her to be present and engaged in every part of her day.

This is a lone-working role, with shifts from 8am–10pm including sleep-ins, and a requirement to work weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis.

Whether you’re new to support work or bring experience, we’ll give you all the training you need to succeed. You’ll complete the Care Certificate and have access to paid learning opportunities, including financial bonuses for completing awards and diplomas.
