Governance Assistant

This is an opportunity to join our friendly, hardworking Governance Team in our Head Office in Theale, Berkshire. This role provides an opportunity to broaden your administrative and organisational skills and to gain knowledge of corporate governance in a highly regulated environment.

About the role

Your main duties will include:

  • Supporting the Governance Team to deliver support to the Executive Team, Board members and other groups within Dimensions
  • Arranging venues, meetings, travel and accommodation
  • Arranging and servicing meetings across the Group, producing accurate notes and minutes
  • A range of administrative responsibilities and ad hoc tasks and projects
  • Working flexibly to meet the needs of the role

About you

The successful applicant will have:

  • Substantial administrative experience and excellent organisational skills
  • Experience of note taking and producing accurate minutes
  • Excellent communication and IT skills
  • The ability to operate with absolute discretion and confidentiality
  • Attention to detail and the ability to multi-task, managing competing priorities
