The Dimensions team in Bromsgrove are currently recruiting support workers to join their team who support 2 females and 1 male in their home in Bromsgrove.

We are recruiting to our permanent team and also our relief staff team which gives you the flexibility to work around current commitments. Pay differences will be explained at interview.

One lady we support is very active and loves to go to Zumba, The farm project and sing and sign so would like someone to support her who gives 100% and enjoy the activities that she does. This lady has access to her own vehicle so would like her support worker to be hold a full UK driving license

The other lady likes to be supported out in the community, she has her own mobility vehicle so it is important that her support worker hold a full UK driving license and is willing to support her to use her own vehicle to do the things she enjoys most.

The gentlemen, even though has some mobility needs enjoys attending sport events and going to his favourite restaurant for meals with friends and support workers.

The people we support home is on a public transport route and is close to local shops.

Shifts include, morning, afternoons and sleep ins and support workers are asked to work a share of weekends and bank holiday. For a more flexible contract we are also recruiting to our Relief contract - for more information on that, please contact Teri Waldron on 0300 303 9037.

Sleep ins are paid at the rate of £30.50 per sleep in. In addition if applicable top up payments will be awarded accordingly to meet National Minimum Wage obligations
