Female Support Worker - £11.55 – Part Time 24 hours a week!
We are looking for proactive, engaging and caring female staff to join experienced colleagues across our homes for adults, with moderate learning disabilities, in our supported living homes in Lincoln. Your entire shift will be based at one location however we require DRIVERS with ACCESS TO A CAR for easy commute across locations.
Every day will be busy and rewarding, as you encourage and empower each person to maintain their independence, develop new skills and embrace new opportunities. The people you will be supporting live busy lives and all of them want to be out and about and making the most of each day.
You will be working with dynamic colleagues, and for a passionate and engaged manager who has a strong commitment both to her staff team and the people you will be supporting.
