Support Worker – Worcester (WR5)
Location: Worcester, WR5 (Various Locations)
Pay: £12.31 per hour + £50 per Sleep-In Shift
Hours: Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities available (up to 37.5 hours per week)
Requirements: Full UK Driving Licence Manual

Who Will You Be Supporting?
You’ll be working alongside a dedicated team supporting adults with a range of needs, including:
- Learning disabilities
- Autism
- Physical disabilities
- Complex health needs
The people we support enjoy a variety of interests such as:
- Gaming and music

- Cooking and baking
- Cultural outings like cinema, theatre, and museums
- Swimming and hydrotherapy (you’ll need to be comfortable joining them in the water)
Some individuals may use wheelchairs or require support with communication, and all appreciate support staff who take the time to understand their preferences and celebrate their individuality.

This is a hands-on, heart-led role where you’ll help others live life to the fullest:
- Promoting independence and choice in daily life
- Supporting with personal care, medication, and meal preparation
- Encouraging participation in hobbies, activities, and community life
- Building trust and understanding through consistent, person-centred support
Shift Patterns
We offer a variety of shift patterns to support different lifestyles. These may include:
- Day shifts
- Evening shifts
- Weekends
- Sleep-in shifts
Rotas are provided in advance to help you maintain a healthy work-life balance.
