About the Role:

As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in helping individuals achieve the life they want to live. Our site in Crawley comprises two residential homes and one short breaks provision, offering a diverse range of opportunities to work with various individuals. From engaging in activities and outings such as bowling, cinema trips, and exploring local attractions to enjoying cooking, gardening, and outdoor activities, you'll be part of creating meaningful experiences for those we support. Additionally, you'll provide assistance with health appointments to ensure their overall well-being.
