Your role:

As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing physical and emotional support to the people we support. Your responsibilities will include:

• Encouraging and empowering individuals to actively engage in daily activities and pursue their interests.
• Assisting with daily living skills, medication administration, meal planning, and personal care.
• Providing companionship and emotional support to help individuals achieve their goals.
• Flexibility to adapt to the unique needs and preferences of each person.
• Contributing to meetings, working towards gaining qualifications, attending training courses, and continuously learning and growing as a professional support worker.

Requirements:

• Compassionate nature and a genuine desire to help others.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently when required.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges and ways of working.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in a support setting is desirable but not essential.
