Part-Time Support Worker – Gosport

Contract: 22.5 hours per week  

Drivers Essential – Full UK Manual Licence required to drive a Mobility Vehicle (Automatic)

We’re looking for exceptional Part-Time Support Workers to join our team in Gosport, supporting a gentleman in his 50s who lives independently in his own home. He enjoys outings in his mobility car and watching Mr Bean—and you’ll play a key role in helping him live life on his terms.

This is a rewarding, person-centred role that includes some lone working and supporting someone who may exhibit behaviours of distress. Your calm, caring approach will help create a safe and positive environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Encouraging and supporting his favourite activities and routines
• Providing personal care with dignity and respect
• Assisting with shopping, cooking, cleaning, and laundry
• Supporting with medication and health needs
• Driving him to appointments and outings in his mobility vehicle

Shift Patterns Include

• Early shifts (7am–10am)
• Mid shifts
• Sleep-ins
• Alternate weekends

What You’ll Need

• Full UK Manual Driving Licence
• Willingness to drive a Mobility Vehicle (Automatic)
• Compassion, reliability, and a person-centred mindset
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
