To be a flexible resource to identified services by providing administrative support to named Locality Managers and the group of services they manage.

The successful candidates will be required to work from home, in service and the office.

About the role 

Your main duties will include: 

  • To establish and maintain all appropriate records and filing systems on behalf of identified Locality Managers and the group of services they manage
  • To act as a point of co-ordinating the administration of different service priorities for services in the identified service group
  • To provide administrative assistance to the Locality Managers in carrying out his/her operational responsibilities and functions
  • To have delegated responsibility for the administration of the Dimensions Time Management System (DTMS) and liaise with payroll etc. to resolve any outstanding issues

About you

  • Able to prioritise own workload
  • Previous experience with an administrative of secretarial role
  • Able to use a variety of software packages (e.g. Word, e-mail, internet, databases)
  • Knowledge and understanding of office routines, procedures and systems
