Assistant Locality Manager

Our team is growing and we have a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and values-driven person who is passionate about person-centered care to join us as an Assistant Locality Manager supporting in the New Milton area.
This role is ideal for people who want to grow professionally and take on more responsibility whilst still being able to provide the direct support that’s so incredibly rewarding - it's the best of both worlds!
Day to day you will provide logistical support to the Locality Manager as well as exceptional hands-on care to the people we support in our services. The role is a full time position as an assistant locality manager but you may be required from time to time to work within services to support where needed.

The total annual pay for the role is currently £25,904.65, made up of a basic salary of £22,525.78 plus an additional 15% annual allowance for off rota hours of £3,378.87.
