Associate Committee Member - 3 year fixed term

The Dimensions Group exists to change the lives of people with learning disabilities and/or autism – we do this well but are constantly looking for ways to innovate and develop our organisation.

The new position of Associate Committee Member will strengthen our Committees, bring a new and different perspective to our meetings and contribute to our aim of continuous improvement.

Initially, we are looking for:

  • an Associate Committee Member for our Human Resources Committee. This Committee takes a corporate overview of Dimensions HR strategy for the Group, ensuring effective contribution to organisational performance
  • an Associate Committee Member for our Finance & Resources Committee. This Committee reviews, assesses and gains assurance on the financial performance and use of resources for Dimensions and its Group subsidiaries.

The people we appoint will be dedicated and passionate about the rights of people with disabilities, giving them the opportunity to help us to create better lives for more people.

In return they will get excellent experience of how a large and complex organisation is governed and what being a Non-Executive is all about.

HR Committe member interviews will take place on the 16th December via Microsoft teams.

The Finance & Resources Committee interviews will take place on the 13th December via Microsoft teams.
