Female Support Worker
Female Support Worker - Southampton - We are recruiting for amazing Support Workers in Southampton.
Whether you have experience or not, we will help support you to reach your full potential by providing you with all the necessary training, guidance and support you need to complete your care certificate and further qualifications.
We support people with learning disabilities and autism, with challenging behaviour, personal care, epilepsy, complex needs and much more. If you have a caring, kind and thoughtful nature, we would love to hear from you.
This role will involve supporting 2 people - A brother and sister in their home.
They enjoy going out shopping, going to church and to day services. They also enjoy watching their local football team and trips out.
You will also support them with aspects of their daily life which include all house hold chores - the cleaning, cooking and laundry.
They also need support with showering, prompting to use the toilet and attending doctors and dental appointments.
Shift patterns - You will need to be flexible and able to work every other weekend and sleep Ins
