Are you a Support Worker with a passion for making a difference? If this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you!

Who Will I Be Supporting?

We support two individuals in their 20s:

  • Friendly Chap: He loves his job as a kitchen assistant, is a keen gamer, and enjoys watching Sci-fi movies.
  • Independent Lady: She loves her job at a local school, reading manga, the color pink, and especially enjoys her own space.

They have learning disabilities and autism and have recently moved into their first home but still have close relationships with their families. Friendly support workers who can both encourage new outings and respect when these individuals would like time to relax for the day would be a wonderful match.

What Will You Be Doing?

  • Empowering Independence: Support people to live their lives how they choose and achieve their goals.
  • Daily Living Support: Provide verbal prompts for personal care, meal preparation, medication, shopping, cooking, cleaning, and laundry.

Shift Patterns

  • Day Sleep-Ins Shifts: 2:30pm - 9am the following day (Includes £50 sleep-in shift)
  • Day Shifts: 2:30pm - 10pm
  • Sleep-In Shifts: 10pm – 6:30am (Paid To Sleep) then paid at the hourly rate until 9am
  • Weekend Day Shifts: 10am - 8pm

Rotas are provided in advance to support a healthy work-life balance.
