We are looking to recruit two part time Female staff members to support four ladies for 20 hours per week in North Hykeham.

You will be joining an established team and will work as part of a rota which will include mornings, afternoons, evenings and sleep-ins. This does include working weekends and bank holidays. You will work a set four week rolling rota.

The people we support are aged between 51 and 81 with varying needs and abilities. The ladies are looking for a motivated individual to support them with all aspects of everyday life such as Personal care, administering medication, cooking, cleaning, attending appointments and having an active social life which includes maintaining contact with friends and family. The ladies enjoy crafting, baking, going to café’s, garden centres and theatre shows.

There is an aspect of moving and handling such as using a hoist and pushing wheelchairs, the suitable candidate will be trained in using this.

The successful applicant must hold a full UK driving licence.
