We're looking for individuals who hold a Full UK driving license and have access to their own car, as driving may be required to support individuals. You will play a vital role in supporting a woman with a learning disability to achieve her personal goals and live life to the fullest. From coffee shop outings to arts and crafts sessions, gardening activities, and visits to the cinema, your creativity and innovative ideas will create memorable experiences for those we support.

In addition to supporting with outings, you'll provide support with personal care, medical appointments, medication administration, and ensuring a balanced nutritious diet. Your commitment to providing high-quality support and your willingness to go above and beyond for those you support will be greatly valued and appreciated.
