Are you looking for a role that’s not just a job, but a rewarding experience where you can truly make a difference? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you! We’re on the lookout for two passionate and dedicated Female Support Workers to join our team. You’ll be making a positive impact on the life of an independent young woman in her late 20s/early 30s, helping her live life to the fullest in the comfort of her own home.

Who You’ll Be Supporting

Meet a lively, fun-loving woman who thrives on independence. She lives in her own flat and enjoys a wide range of activities, from listening to music and playing board games to going to the cinema and working out at the gym. Her zest for life is contagious, and she’s looking for a supportive companion to help her with daily tasks and share in her favourite activities.

Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Support Worker, you’ll play a pivotal role in helping her maintain her independence while providing the support she needs. Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:

  • Companionship: You’ll be her partner in fun—whether it’s jamming out to her favourite tunes, engaging in a friendly board game competition, catching the latest blockbuster at the cinema, or keeping each other motivated at the gym. Your companionship will help her stay active and happy.
  • Health and Medication: You’ll assist with administering oral medications, ensuring she takes them as prescribed. Keeping track of her health needs is a crucial part of your role.
  • Cooking and Nutrition: In the kitchen, your support will be key. You’ll help prepare meals that are not only tasty but also nutritious, ensuring she enjoys her food while maintaining a balanced diet.
  • Collaboration with Family: You’ll work closely with her mother, who plays an active role in her support. Positive communication and keeping her informed about her daughter’s well-being will ensure everything runs smoothly.
  • Personal Care Support: You’ll assist with personal care tasks, such as helping her bathe and wash her hair. She’s capable of doing a lot on her own, but sometimes she might need a hand, and that’s where you come in.

When you join our team, you’re not just taking a job—you’re joining a company that values its employees and offers fantastic benefits to match:
