Whether you are an experienced support worker looking to progress your career, or you are new to care - we have multiple opportunities for new and experienced people who share our values to join our expanding team in the South. We provide high levels of training to enable our staff to be some of the best floating support workers in the region. We will support you to obtain all standard training certificates as well as more advanced qualifications in Health and Social Care, helping you progress your career and get more out of life.
As a Floating Support Worker, your role will be to work across multiple services from day-to-day, assisting the people we support with many different aspects of their lives and helping the support teams to cover vacant shifts. Fulltime and part-time contracts are available.

Due to the nature of the role, a full UK driving license would be beneficial but not essential.
