Develop, maintain and analyse records relating to all pay and terms and conditions in line with organisational needs and produce and analyse reports in relation to the same, including taking responsibility and recommending actions, processes and improvements within defined areas.
The role is part time with a salary of £22,000 (full time equivalent £36,666). The opportunity is available on an 18 month fixed term contract.
Although the location of this role is listed as Oldbury, the base can be anywhere within the Country as this is a home based role.
Interviews will take place via Microsoft teams on Wednesday 11th August.
