HR Analyst - Part-time

Develop, maintain and analyse records relating to all pay and terms and conditions in line with organisational needs and produce and analyse reports in relation to the same, including taking responsibility and recommending actions, processes and improvements within defined areas.

The role is part time with a salary of £22,000 (full time equivalent £36,666). The opportunity is available on an 18 month fixed term contract.

Although the location of this role is listed as Oldbury, the base can be anywhere within the Country as this is a home based role.

Interviews will take place via Microsoft teams on Wednesday 11th August.

About the role 

Your main duties will include: 

  • Maintain accurate records for all across the Group to ensure accuracy, efficiency and help raise awareness.
  • Monitor defined benefit schemes, ensure compliance and accurate record keeping for all schemes (including scheme rules and eligibility, TUPE, pensionable pay).
  • Maintain central pay tables for all core Dimensions pay rates, conduct pay benchmarking, develop and produce reports, as required in line with remuneration strategy, pay review, payroll and recruitment needs.

About you

The successful applicant will have: 

  • Experience in developing metrics and reports with data analysis ability
  • Sound knowledge of current employment legislation and ability to translate this into the workplace
  • Demonstrate knowledge of workplace Wellbeing
