Lead Support Worker

The Dimensions Team supports both male and female people within this diverse service. Providing support with daily living skills, accessing the community to engage in a wide variety of activities including swimming, going to the cinema, shopping, bowling and paid employment. The people we support have a wide difference in need, inclusive of 24 hour care, complex needs inclusive of epilepsy, autism, behaviour support and wheelchair users. There is a seperate room for Lead Support Workers who are required to stay over night on a sleep-in basis. We also have wake night staff that are required to remain within an individuals flat due to significant complexity of needs. You will be part of a team that works flexibly on a rota. The location is easily accessible by public transport and has parking available.

Sleep ins are paid at the rate of £30.50 per sleep in. In addition if applicable top up payments will be awarded accordingly to meet National Minimum Wage obligations
