Join our innovative team based in Cardiff supporting 4 ladies in their own homes aged between 20 and 60. As a lead Support Worker you will model good practice and encourage active support and engagement. The ladies are very active and like to be engaged in a range of volunteering roles like dog walking, sports, cooking, and crafts. You will also support the ladies to maintain their home and support them with health and well being.
To be considered for this role you must hold a full valid driving licence and be fully flexible as you will need to undertake sleep in shifts as needed.
