We are looking for a female Lead Support Worker to be a positive role model to the team supporting in Bracknell. You will be working working in one of our supported living services, supporting people with all aspects of their day to day lives. This includes cooking, cleaning and personal care. The people we support enjoy going out and social groups. You will be responsible for supporting the manager to organize rotas, planning shifts and appointments as well as supporting with medication ordering and audits. This position is shift work so you will be able to work flexibly across a rota including earlies, lates and sleep ins.
