The team supports a lady and a gentleman in their own home in between Thatcham and Newbury and two ladies in their own home in Theale. All four people may need to use their wheelchairs when out for the long days. All four people have a set allocation of hours so there may be times when you need to complete split shifts. Both houses have a wake night staff. You will need to be flexible and be able to work different shift times. Earlies start from 7am and late shifts finish at 10pm. You will need to be a driver.
