A great opportunity has arisen at our complex needs service in Worthing for an experienced lead support worker/care worker to help lead a team who support two gentleman that have complex needs. By working in a person centered approach, and with our values at the forefront of support and decision making, you will be able to improve the lives of people we support and help them live their best life possible! The service is composed of 3 flats, with each gentleman having their own flat, with a staff flat in between - which has office, bathroom, and kitchen facilities. The service is a 15 minute walk from West Worthing train station, and a 5 minute walk from major seafront bus routes such as the 700.
Shift times at the service include: 07:00-14:30, 14:30-22:00, 22:00-07:00 (waking night)
Rota is a bi-weekly rolling rota, with applicants expected to work every other weekend, and able to work a mixture of early, late, and night shifts.
