Lead Support Worker

Are you experienced in supporting adults with learning disabilities? Join our innovative team based in Edgware, London where you can lead by example, enjoying an excellent training programme, strong career progression - and deliver outstanding support through the unique ‘Activate’ model, proven to make a measurable difference to people’s lives and your professional satisfaction.

You will be based in a home where we support a young lady who has learning disability, Smith Magenis Syndrome, ADHD, PTSD. Despite her diagnosis, the young lady has a good sense of humour, has a love for British comedy, listening to music, getting out and about in the community. Visiting the Stables due to her love of horses.
It would be ideal that you come to this role already having good background in support work. Willing to engage and make a make a positive difference.
This lady has a range of different activities she likes to do. She particularly enjoys doing arts and crafts, and dancing, bowling and visiting charity shops and anything Disney.
