You will be based in a home where we support a young lady who has learning disability, Smith Magenis Syndrome, ADHD, PTSD. Despite her diagnosis, the young lady has a good sense of humour, has a love for British comedy, listening to music, getting out and about in the community. Visiting the Stables due to her love of horses.
It would be ideal that you come to this role already having good background in support work. Willing to engage and make a make a positive difference.
This lady has a range of different activities she likes to do. She particularly enjoys doing arts and crafts, and dancing, bowling and visiting charity shops and anything Disney.
