£9.50- £10.45 per hour


Full-time & part-time contracts (15 to 37.5 hours)

Full UK driving licence is ideal but not essential

We’re currently looking for friendly and proactive Support Workers to join our fantastic support team in the WA4 area of Warrington, where you will be supporting individuals who have learning disabilities, autism, and some behaviours of distress.

Your day to day role would involve promoting the people we supports independence, supporting people to maintain their physical and emotional health, maintaining their daily routines, and supporting people to engage in a range of meaningful activities. These may include going the cinema, attending drama groups, college, swimming, going to the gym, concerts, gaining paid or unpaid work, discos, support to friends and families birthday parties, and many more! 

Shifts start at 11am one day and finish at 11am the following day with a sleep-in shift included 11am until 8am with a sleep-in payment. Shift times may vary slightly from time to time depending on the changing needs of the people you’re supporting. We provide support 24/7 so we’re looking for people who can be flexible to work during the week, at weekends and the occasional bank holiday.
