About the People We Support

We support three wonderful gentlemen in their 30s-40s, each with unique interests and needs:

Polite Gentleman: Loves cooking, especially Bangladeshi cuisine, baking, and making curry. Enjoys watching movies, DVDs, and music. Family-oriented and enjoys outings in his new car, which has significantly improved his life.
Outgoing Gentleman: Communicates without words and enjoys regular outings. Loves movies, swimming (staff must be willing to go in the pool with him), and activities like visiting museums and taking long walks in the park. He has his own car and enjoys three drives a day.
Social Gentleman: Enjoys films, especially on his massive TV, and loves music and socializing, including attending a weekly disco via Metro. Close to his parents, he stays with them every other weekend. He loves remote controls and fiddly things, is a keen gardener with his own equipment, and is handy with DIY projects like making birdhouses.

They have learning disabilities and autism. Your role will include providing emotional reassurance during moments of distress, with full positive behaviour support training provided. A full UK driving licence for manual vehicles is essential for this role. If you're a positive, outgoing person, you'll be a wonderful match for our team!

What Will You Be Doing?

Empowering Independence: Help them live their lives the way they choose, achieve their goals, and be themselves.
Daily Support: Assist with food shopping, bill payments, and domestic tasks like cooking, cleaning, and laundry.
Providing Care: Administer medication and offer verbal prompts around personal care.
