Pensions Administrator - Part-time

Be responsible for the processing of each of the company’s pension schemes, including LGPS, NHS and AE schemes. Complete the monthly submissions for all pension returns to the Pension Administrators accurately and to strict deadlines. Answering employee pension queries in a sensitive and pragmatic way to ensure they fully comprehend your response and that it is given in a friendly and helpful manner.

Interviews will take place on the 11th & 12th November via Microsoft teams.

The full-time salary for this role is £26,000. (The hours being offered for this role are 18.5 hours with a pro-rata salary of £12,826.67).

About the role 

Your main duties will include: 

  • You will be responsible for providing an administration service to customers
  • Talk to pension scheme members, clients and third parties
  • Help resolve pension queries from members and others.
  • Guide scheme members through their pension journey.

About you

The successful applicant will have: 

  • Previous pensions experience
  • Computer literate with a willingness to learn a variety of systems
  • Excellent communication skills, with ability to express complicated ideas in a concise and clear way.
  • Ability to interpret pension scheme rule
