Relief Support Worker

We're looking for Relief Support Workers to work within our Outreach team. They support people across Hertfordshire within their own homes with a range of support. Our aim is to support people to live the lives they want as independently as possible and support can include finding employment or voluntary work, swimming, bowling, gym, visiting parks and going for long walks, visiting the library, life skills such as cooking and cleaning within the family home where it is appropriate
We provide personal care for one of the individuals, 3 of the individuals present with Challenging Behaviour, 2 have Epilepsy and 1 requires support with manual handling (uses a wheelchair and other manual handling needs) we provide training for all staff to on each aspect along with other training for the role.
We're looking for staff who are drivers who are willing to use their own car. The shifts are predominantly Monday to Friday and range between 8.30am -4pm, 9am -4pm, 9am-5pm, 9.30am-3.30pm, 12pm - 7pm and 10am - 7pm; however I sometimes we do get new referrals which could bee on weekends and later or earlier to shift times.
To be considered for this role you will need to hold a full UK/EU driving licence.
