Relief Support Worker - Sleep in Shifts!

We are recruiting Support Workers for Sleep-in only shifts in Trowbridge on a relief basis

We are looking for people of a caring nature to work for an award winning company where we promote independence in a supportive environment. In addition to our existing support workers, we are recruiting to these sleep-in specific posts as we realise that for some potential staff, working at night is an option that fits in well with their other commitments.

As a valued sleep-in specific support worker, you will be asked to cover sleep-in shifts, where you will be available to provide a point of call in an emergency during the night, for a small group of up to 4 people that we support in Trowbridge. The shift will be from 8.30pm to 10.15pm (covering evening support), 10.30pm to 7.30am sleep in shift and 8.30am to 9.30am (covering morning routine). There will be the opportunity to pick up extra day time shifts should you wish to.

Whether you have worked in healthcare, mental health, autism, with challenging behaviour or maybe you have a background in retail, cleaning and coaching, this could be the career for you. Dimensions recruit against values and not previous experience.

About you

We believe anyone has the potential be a great support worker, no matter your background, as long as you share our values; respect, partnership, courage, ambition and integrity – that’s why we recruit based on values and not skills or experience.
