Relief Support Worker

Relief Support Worker

Relief Support Work available in the Lincoln area!

We are looking for an enthusiastic and happy person to join our team of support staff on a relief basis.

You can work where you want and when you want. We also are looking for applicants who may have another job and are looking for those extra hours or you may be studying and want a position that fits in with your college/university schedule! If so, we have the perfect position for you!

We are searching for Relief Support staff to work a variety of shifts including sleep ins. We are looking for someone that is adaptable to different situations and enjoys a challenge.

We support people in their 20s - 80s with a learning disability and/or Autism. Good communication skills are important as this is a big part of the role. You will be supporting people with personal care, finance, medicating, social activities and every day household chores.

The people we support are looking for someone who is happy and outgoing to support them so this is very important to us. The places of work are in and around Lincoln and there is access by public transport.

Being a driver is an advantage as each house has a vehicle for support staff to use to support people to activities, shopping, appointments etc.

Shifts that need covering are often evening’s, weekends and sleep ins so if you would like some extra money and something to work around other commitments this may be the role for you.

All training will be provided. Most of this can be done in your own time via the internet but there will be a few classroom based training course that you will be required to attend.

As this is Relief post there is no commitment to do a set amount of hours. So you can do as many or as little as required to fit in around your life.

We look forward to hearing from you!
