Support worker- Relief

You will need to be caring, ambitious, thoughtful and kind to support four gentleman aged 30+ in their supported living service. This service is nice and close to Long water shopping complex and on all the major bus routes. Two of the people we support have their own vehicles so at this time we would be looking for drivers with their own car.
As a Relief Support Worker you would be assisting with their activities and interests including films, going to the parks, going for walks, interest in Zoo's and animals and attending their regular swimming session once a week. Alongside this support workers would need to assist with their personal care, pushing of a wheelchair (one gentleman only) and meal preparation.
The usual shift patterns at 12 and half hour shifts, anything between 7am-10pm including waking nights. As a relief worker you would be vital in supporting this service during periods of sickness, annual leave or staff shortages.
