The role will involve supporting two gentleman in their home. One gentleman has a cheeky and active personality. He enjoys getting out and going for long walks and enjoys a Mcdonalds. He has a learning disability and some behaviours which can challenge. He has 2:1 support when accessing the community and 1:1 at night. The other gentleman needs to be encouraged and motivated to go out. He has a particular interest in rugby, football and enjoys a BBQ in the summer.
The main shifts needing cover are 2:30pm - 10pm and a variety of shifts on the weekends. We also have 7am - 3pm shifts and long days. (This will be discussed at interview)
The Relief pay rate for Dorset is £9.22 per hour. As a Relief worker, your annual leave is accrued for each hour that you work and paid to you on a monthly basis bring each hour you work to £10.33.
