Relief Support Worker, Waking Nights – Poole

£12.14 per hour

Dimensions are seeking a Relief (Bank) Waking Night Support Worker to empower a gentleman we support by assisting him with his night-time routines at his home in the Upper Parkstone area of Poole.

This is a relief (bank) role, shifts run from 21.00-07.45. The pay rate is £12.14 per hour.

The gentleman we support is autistic. He may be awake when you arrive. He enjoys interaction, watching TV and having supper with his Waking Night Support Worker. 

Other tasks that Waking Night Support Workers will undertake for the gentleman includes:

  • Checking on him to make sure he are safe when he is are sleeping
  • Getting on with any domestic tasks that can’t be done when the gentleman is awake
  • Assisting him with his personal care
  • Undertaking some health and safety checks
