Dimensions London and East Region are looking for a senior behaviour support practitioner to join or growing team of PBS clinicians. Our PBS support programme is achieving amazing outcomes with people with learning disabilities and autism and we are growing our team to support more people in the region.
The Senior Practitioner is a vital role in assessing new people and designing bespoke support plans and models. They will manage a caseload of individuals who live in community settings, managing PBS plans and training and working alongside support teams and Behaviour Support Practitioners to develop outcomes and skills and embedding PBS into the delivery of our support.
Ideal candidates will have a drive for developing PBS plans and the teams that will deliver them, with outcome that are focused on enhancing quality of life and developing sustainable alternative behaviour strategies that reduce/remove restrictive measures for people with behaviours of distress/that challenge.
This is a home based role but travel will be required across the London & East Region, including Norfolk, Lincolnshire, Essex, Suffolk, Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire and Cambridgeshire, depending on where the candidate is based.
We are keen to consider experienced candidates who have enrolled on an MSc in Positive Behaviour Support or Applied Behaviour Analysis and are able to evidence that they are on track to graduate this year.
