We are looking for Support Workers in New Milton and Lymington to cover various shifts from full time, part time and relief to suit you. We offer fantastic benefits, training and a great team environment.
We are looking for people who share our values and can support someone to have the life they want to live. We support several people (females and males) with learning disabilities in their own home. The role will involve support them in all aspects of their daily lives, including personal care. One of the people we support users a wheelchair. They enjoy a variety of activities like going to the cinema, bowling, eating out, music classes, attending friendship groups and horse riding and much more.
The home have easy access to public transport. A driver is preferred, but not essential.
Shift patterns can vary depending on the people we supports needs.
Usual shift pattern consists of working between the hours - 7:30am - 10pm and every other weekend. (7:30am - 3pm / 2:30pm - 9/10pm) Sleep Ins may also be required.
