We are looking for caring and inspiring people to join our team of Support Workers in Bridgend. Dimensions are supporting 4 gentleman in their own home, this role involves supporting the individuals with daily household tasks, personal care, and also to attend activities such as swimming, gym, going on holidays, walking, visit farms, attending discos and many more. 

Shift Patterns with vary around the people we support. The main shift patterns are 8am - 3pm, 3pm - 9/10pm, alternate weekends and at least 1 sleep in per week.
