£9.90 per hour plus £45 sleep in
Full Time and Part time Contracts Available ( Up to 37.5 Hours per week)
An exciting opportunity has come about in our Cardiff locality. Dimensions Cymru are looking for enthusiastic Support Workers to support and transition young individuals into their new home. Three young adults have started their journey with dimensions and have already moved into their new home, having the best time and engaging in activities and new experiences they never thought possible. However there is still a job to be done and that's where you come in, two more young adults are still waiting to move in and we need your help to make this happen.
If your the type of person who has great core values and can support someone to live their best life then this is the role for you.
We get involved with exciting activities such as swimming, bowling and cinema and access the community visiting local places of interest and enjoying lunches out at various venues. We also like cooking and gardening and enjoying time outdoors as well as Karaoke inside. Our families and friends play a big part in our lives so we also require support with maintaining those relationships.
