We offer fantastic benefits, training and a great team environment.

As a support worker, you’ll be helping people you support to live the individual life they want, ensuring they have choice and control over the planning and delivery of their support.

This role will involve you supporting men and women to do their favourite activities which could include, cinema or theatre trips, shopping, pool, watching football, crafts, baking, swimming, visiting places of interest and going on holiday. (These have been altered slightly due to covid-19 - However we hope to be out doing these again soon). Families and friends play a big part in the lives of the people you will be supporting so support to maintain those relationships is important. Their disabilities are varied - dementia, epilepsy and some challenging behaviours. They also need full support with personal care, medication and there are some aspects of manual handling.

Shift Patterns: These can vary on a weekly basis so be prepared to work flexibly and will be discussed at shortlisting and interview stages.
