We’re currently looking for experienced and empathetic Support Workers to join our fabulous support teams across Sheffield to support people with learning disabilities, autism, complex mental health needs and behaviours that may challenge, to live their everyday lives in a way that’s meaningful and fulfilling to them.

Day to day you can expect to support people with their personal care, meal preparation, medication administration, grocery shopping and household tasks including cooking, cleaning and laundry.

The people we support in Sheffield have a range of interests that include gardening, crafting, going bowling, attending disco evenings, going on walks, doing colouring activities, attending day centres, going swimming, going for drives, visiting friends and family, watching TV, going out for meals and shopping to name just a few. We provide person centred support where every individual is supported to pursue the activities and hobbies that are important to them.

Shifts vary depending on the needs of the person you are supporting but are typically day shifts of varying lengths, sleep ins and/or waking nights. We provide support 24/7 so we’re looking for people who can be flexible to work during the week, at weekends and the occasional bank holiday.
