Support Worker Female Waking Nights

Dimensions are currently recruiting for Female Waking Night Support Workers to join our friendly teams in Weymouth where we support adults who have learning disabilities and /or autism.
£10.50 per hour
Must have Right to Work in the UK to be considered for this role.

Dimensions Support Workers do not need prior experience in Health Care or Social Care roles as full training is given.

The people we support choose what they want to do with their day, part of your role as a Support Worker will be to promote and encourage this.

Waking Nights Support Workers may be involved with include:

• Carrying out “keeping safe checks” at regular intervals to ensure the people we support are safe and comfortable.
• Ensure that the environment is clean and sanitary.
• You will keep written records, using IT systems as required to help you including support plans, incident log and health and safety records.
• Creating a calm therapeutic environment for the people we support.
• Supporting people to make the most of their late evenings / nights when they wish to
• Provide personal care when required.
• Shifts are between 09:00pm - 08:00am
