Outreach services - Working across Christchurch, Poole and Wimbourne
Full time - 37.5 hours
Full drivers licence required
We are looking for thoughtful, caring and inspiring people to join our team of support workers in Outreach - Christchurch, Poole and Wimbourne.

The role will involve you working across multiple services supporting both male and female people aged between their 30s - 60s. Working in Outreach, everyday is different. You tasks and responsibilities vary from support with shopping, budgeting, attend health appointments, and any activity that enjoy doing. Ie - Gardening, going for walks etc.
Minimal personal care and manual handling involved.
Shifts - These can be anything from 8:30am - 6pm (Example 9am - 1pm) and will be discussed at shortlisting / Interview stage.
