Start your day knowing you’ll make a difference - we are looking for females to join our team of Support Workers in Farnham / Surrey, working to create a positive difference that improves life for the people we support.
Dimensions are supporting 5 gentlemen in a Registered Care Home home in Farnham with a variety of complex physical needs, as well as learning difficulties, autism and epilepsy so candidates must be comfortable with high levels of hands on support work. They all require personal care and support with daily activities including accessing the local community as they enjoy getting out and about, socialising with family and friends. We provide 24 hour care and support so shifts will include earlies (7am starts), lates (10pm finishes), sleep ins and waking nights on a rotational basis - a flexible approach to working hours is key. Full time contracts are 37.5 hours per week but we will also consider candidates who would like part time contracts and your availability will be discussed at interview. The rate of pay is £9.12 per hour.
