We are looking for female Support Workers to support three ladies in their own flat in Poole, in a great location with fantastic benefits.  We offer a great team environment and competitive pay rates.  You will be friendly and approachable and support individuals to have a great life with excellent outcomes.

This role requires supporting three ladies aged in their 40s and 60s who love to do puzzles, read books, listening and watching music video's. One of the ladies loves animals, whilst another enjoys having a massage and all things girly. They enjoy trips to Longleat and taking a horse and carriage and also treating themselves with a cup of coffee and cake.
If these sounds like activities you would enjoy doing, this could be the role for you!

Within your role you will support with all house hold tasks, personal care, attending doctors appointments and shopping. 
They have various communication methods, epilepsy and behaviours of distress at times. One of the ladies is an occasional wheelchair user (whilst in the community), therefore you will need to feel comfortable with taking her out in her wheelchair (All training will be provided)

Shifts - 7:15am - 4pm / 4:30pm - 9:45pm / 11am - 10pm / 7am - 5pm / 11am - 10pm / Alternate weekends.
We also have waking night shifts available approx 9pm - 7.30 am. (These will be discussed at interview).
