Full Manual Driving license is essential
We are looking for people who share our values and can support someone to have the life they want to live.
We are looking staff who want a contract over 25 hours to meet the ladies complex health needs and follow full day or night routines. The typical work pattern is 2 x 12.5 hours shifts part time or 3 x 12.5 hours shifts for a full time post.
You will be supporting 3 young ladies with complex Health needs to maintain their home, access the community activities and meeting friends and families. You will also be supporting people at home with every day daily living skills which involves providing personal care as required. Full training will be given.
Part of the role entails supporting people to manage their home environment and communicate regularly with other professionals. An upbeat motivated personality would best suit this role. We are looking for drivers this is an essential requirement but you do not need to use your own vehicle.
