This is not "just a care work!" This is a substantial role in helping people to achieve their goals and live the life they choose! Come and be part of our team supporting amazing people with learning disabilities and autism.

The people we support enjoy walking into town for a coffee, a meal or spend some time shopping. They also like to go for days out at the seaside at amusements or visiting animal parks; they love to play bingo and do art and crafts on the rainy day.

The people we support require full support with personal care and 2 ladies use a wheelchair and a hoist to support them with their mobility, you will be trained how to support them with this.

The people we support would like support to prepare and cook their meals, do their cleaning and get involved with activities. You do not need to be a driver (but it would help as the people have cars).

Shifts consist of long days, lates and earlies these can be 07.30-21.30, 07.30-15.00, 15.00-21.30 this also includes weekends. There may be an occasional night shift which is 21.30-07.30

The ladies we support love to spend time with animals and have 2 cats living with them in the home!
