Support Worker - Flexible hours
We are recruiting for Support Workers with flexible hours!
Whether you have worked in healthcare, mental health, autism, with challenging behaviour or maybe you have a background in retail, cleaning and coaching, this could be the career for you. Dimensions recruit against values and not previous experience.
As a valued support worker, you’ll be helping people you support to live the individual life they want, within their own homes on a outreach support basis across Trowbridge. You will be ensuring they have choice and control over the planning and delivery of their support. We are looking for ambitious individuals of a caring nature to work for an award winning company where we promote independence in a supportive environment.
We get involved in various activities like going to bowls, arts and crafts, baking, going to work, break-dancing, enjoy wrestling and swimming. Our families are important to us and so we will require support maintaining those relationships. We don't have 24/7 support so we have support with specific tasks as we are quite independent people.
The shifts will vary and can be at different times of the day to include morning welfare visits, to support at work and support in the evenings. This could fit around your life if you are looking for day time hours with some split shifts!
