Full-time and Part time available
Sheffield
Full UK driving licence essential

We are currently supporting a gentleman in his 50s in the S35 area of Sheffield.

This gentleman has autism, is very chatty and loves interacting. It will be your role to support him to achieve his goals, which include engaging in the activities he enjoys. He loves the football, going for walks and visiting the park, going to the pub, eating out and socialising.

On a day-to-day basis you will be providing some support with personal care (although he is usually quite independent), meal preparation, medication administration, grocery shopping and household tasks including cooking, cleaning and laundry.

We’re looking for a sociable and friendly person to join his team on a full or part time bases.

Shifts: Long days - Can start at 7am one day and finish at 7am the following day with a sleep in shift included.

We’re looking for people who can work flexibly on a rota that includes weekdays, weekends and a share of bank holidays. At Dimensions, we value a healthy work / life balance and as such, you will receive your rota 4 weeks in advance.

While previous experience is always welcome, it’s certainly not essential. You will receive full training and support and you will have access to opportunities that could further develop your career.
