We are seeking male support workers with experience of Autism Spectrum Conditions and complex behaviours to make a difference to the life of a young man living in his own home in Lymington. If you have interests in sailing, cycling and walking in the beautiful New Forest and local beaches we would love to hear from you. Our young man also enjoys word games, painting and upcycling which help keep him busy and stimulated. He loves languages and enjoys learning new words and phrases. With his own car on hand exploring the surrounding areas and supporting someone to develop their independence is a truly rewarding way to spend your day. Support is needed over 24 hrs, including sleep ins.
